Reports Include:

Inventory Reorder, Non-Serialized Cost, Serialized Cost, Equipment Availability, Kit component,  Inventory Count Maintenance.

Stock inventory items allow for part numbers, descriptions, unit of issue i.e. ea.. 10 per pack, etc., last cost, average cost, location, bin, MTD and YTD usage, prior years usage, quantity committed, on hand, on order, vendor and alternate vendor information.

Serialized equipment has all of the features of the parts inventory plus additional features such as, serial number, freight cost, parts and labor warranty, RX and TX frequencies, notes, and individual cost information. When serialized equipment is sold the unit is automatically entered into Service Management to allow for warranty tracking and job ticket generation.

Kits allow the user to include multiple items into one kit item and apply to a stock number. The items are pulled from inventory through standard usage.

A special Inventory system feature that provides a high level of security, tracks inventory transactions. When a change is made in inventory, the user who made the change is attached to the item record.
